(I'll make it from top to bottom colours accordingly to their priority. Also, I might want to use it for my UP as well. Your previous work made a great impression on me.)
Theme colour? As usual, black, complete darkness, not as far so to pain the eyes, dark, yet soothing.
Orange. It is needed for things that are to be highlighted, but not bright orange, dark orange.
Silver. It is for the misc. parts. Sort of like a shadow for the darkness that is black.
White. It is for the text, but not the 0,0,0 kind of dark, but more of a between silver to white kind of whiteness.

The theme: something philosophical. I'll probably need to add that old image of skulls at the top.
Basically the rest is up to your imagination, just stick to the whole philosophy ideal. If I'll dislike something I could always change it myself or ask for your guidance.

Graphics? Hm... Aside from certain buttons I don't see any need for this. But if there are pictures, that should be changed then I'll do it. I want to keep the 'burdening you' part to the minimum.
The style should be desirable. Meaning that if you'll leave you'll want to come back again, even if it's just to view it. A similar experience I had with your last style. You're incredibly and admirably good! I wanted a style for the group sine it was created, and for my UP since V5 hit the place, but I couldn't bring myself to ask from someone to do it, aside from you.

Sorry for this, I'm sure you have more important things to do... Another style is just like another brick in the wall... (Hey, teachers! Leave them kids alone! . . .)
